They have been in existence for 65 + years and like any organization, this large and with this history paper document management was a HUGE WEIGHT in their infrastructure.
Departments within APA are larger than most companies combined.

The challenge was that ALL these departments HAD to have the documents scanned ONSITE!!!!

We coordinated with Each Department Head and file manager to ensure a smooth transition for their old paper document system to digital—Scanning all their documents and managing the migration to the SharePoint Platform
Phil Larussa is The IT Lead (Network Administrator). Phil is the one that tasked us with this enormous project that started last May 2016 and will be finishing next week 07-17-2017
Then we will transition to a “Day Forward Onsite Scanning Solution”
